Ive only learned about a half of the words, but my SAT critical reading score has risen 70 points so far (600 to 670) and I am sure it is because of this app. I no longer have to guess or leave the vocab questions blank! So awesome!

Its worth every dime and more. Ive learned and memorized 100 new words in just one week. The science behind this app is truly amazing and works perfectly. The design and interface are awesome too. All the Knowji apps are a great way to learn new vocabulary words. You can choose vocabulary word sets based on level of difficulty. There is the learning phase where you start learning the words, including how to pronounce the word (you can hear the words), and then there are quizzes and reminders to make sure you remember what you have learned. I definitely recomment this.

EXCELLENT app. I used this to study for the GRE, and I found many of the words in the 9 and 10 lessons on the test. Knowji is not your average vocabulary notecard app. It allows you to make multiple connections with a word, using audio, visual, and storyline cues. I used several different vocabulary apps, and I had the best results from Knowji. I found that by using Knowji I wasnt just memorizing the word, I was actually learning it. I recommend this to anyone studying for the SAT or GRE. Great job.

I was checking out the app with children in mind, within moments I realized I actually needed it more then I would have ever thought. Its incredible. This is extremely effective and very fun apps to boost vocabulary power. Each word has pictorial and sentences examples - great way to facilitate memorization.

The app as of now looks horrible and cheap and doesnt look like it belongs on an iPhone. Please update it for the bigger screens.

I decided to get this app to help increase my vocabulary recognition in preparation for an upcoming exam. Well I can personally say this app does so much more than teach you the words. The pictures will become ingrained in your psyche and every time you come across a word from the list, you will automatically know what it is and the definition without hesitation. What a wonderful app. Can you imagine the impact it would have in other genres as well like science or history? All I can say is that you will be very happy with your purchase. I know I am. This app is so worth it!

Learning vocabulary was the bane of my existence. But knowji made it so easy and efficient! I wish I had this when I was younger, since it blows flash cards right out of the water! Glad to see the continued updates.

Best vocab app for GRE vocab ever! I am originally from Thailand and English is my second language. The GRE was very tough for me especially the verbal part. I first used the regular flashcard app but it didnt really go to my long term memory; I kept forgetting words I thought I knew well. Fortunately, I was introduced to Knowji from my American friend and I love it! Knowji offers images and stories that help me remember the words until now! My Gre verbal score improved immensely and now Im at Columbia University’s graduate program. Im still using Knowji for my course work at Columbia. Strongly recommended! Worth every cent!

This app is fantastic. I have only used this app for a couple weeks and I have noticed a dramatic improvement in my vocabulary while speaking and reading. I highly recommend this app to anyone who is serious about improving their vocabulary!

I absolutely love Knowji! It provides examples sentences with the vocabulary and collocations so that you understand how the word is used. There are pictures that accompany these sentences so this helps when learning the vocabulary as well. Another thing I really like are the reminders that tell you when its time to review the words (again). I think this is what has truly helped me learn the vocabulary.

I love this app because it improves your vocabs. I just think there should be personal accounts that you can log in so when you get a new phone, you can study the same vocabs. I also think there should be "typed wrong" button because I sometimes type it wrong and its frustrating to type the word i got right again.
